The Bar

Fernwood’s bar is a beloved local hangout, built in traditional Big Sur style with hand-hewn redwood beams, and a redwood slab and copper bar that creates a cozy, homespun atmosphere. It’s a favorite spot for both locals and tourists, promising lively and entertaining evenings. Most Saturday nights, the bar comes alive with live music from 10 p.m. to midnight, and occasionally hosts Karaoke and the ever-popular Trivia Night. On the back deck, nestled beneath towering redwoods, you can savor one of the hand-crafted cocktails from the seasonal menu while relaxing on the cozy sectionals near the fire tables.
